Take boneless, skinless (thawed) chicken breasts, wet them lightly and dip them in a breading mixture of flour, cornstarch and baking powder (not soda). Deep-fry the breaded fingers for 10 minutes (more or less depending on your deep-fryer/cooker).
When fingers are done frying, heat Hooter's brand sauce in microwave (I use 1 can hot and one can mild) pour sauce into a tupperware container and shake wings and sauce together. You may let them cool off for a minute but not too long or you will be eating cold chicken which does not taste good. You can spray some Pam or use olive oil in the tupperware so that the sauce won't stain that badly.
