Wing Techniques

The Sno-Cone

Originator: Nathan Hardage

St. Louis, MO

1. Grab a wing portion without the nub.

2. Go to one end of the wing and gently seperate the two bones.

3. Next, stand the wing up on its end using the two seperated bones as a stand.

4. Place your thumb, index, and middle finger firmly half way down the wing.

5. With a gentle thrust, gently push down on the wing until your fingers have gone half way down to the surface. (this should leave half of the wing off of the bone and half of the wing on the bone and when you turn it over, it should resemble a sno-cone)

6. Grab the wing by the connected end and place the opposite end in your mouth.

7. Grit your teeth on the bone and slide the wing out of your mouth.

8. Congratulations, you have completed the sno-cone! Best when done with a midget with a mullet.
