Gome's Chicken Wing Dip

From the esteemed kitchen of Chef Tony "Gominator" Frierdich (one time Cluckbuckie of the Year) comes a new dip for buffalo wing lovers:

Ingredients:

3-4 boneless skinless breasts
½ cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (or Bleu Cheese)
¾ -1 cup Franks Red Hot
1 pkg of cream cheese
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Tostitos scoops
 

Directions:

1. Cook chicken in the oven or on the grill for 10-minutes or until white (not pink)

2. Cut up the chicken into small chunks (I recommend cooking the chicken a lot earlier-it cuts better when cool). Small chunks should be about the size of an M&M.

3. Whip the cream cheese with a mixer until it is very creamy.

4. Mix in all other ingredients

5. Transfer to oven-safe baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
