Cluckbucket.com
is designed and operated by Scott and Steve Roth. Our mission is
simple, to raise the awareness of the goodness of the chicken wing one
person at a time. Our goal is to be the most frequently used and
well respected resource for information about how to cook and where to
find the best chicken wings in the world. Our vision is to grow our
Internet Hot Wing Database and our collection of chicken wing recipes
exponentially to meet the needs of our valuable Cluckbucket.com users.
About
Scott Roth:
Scott Roth, lover of all things deep fried, is a co-founder of
Cluckbucket.com. Currently residing in Portland, OR; Scott has an avid
passion for consuming and critiquing everything related to the wing. As
a trusted source of wing knowledge – Scott’s work has been published in
various CNN publications, the New York Times, and En Route magazine (the
in-flight magazine for Air Canada). Scott somehow managed to develop his
love of the wing while attending college and playing basketball at
Millikin University in Decatur, IL.
About Steve Roth:
Steve Roth, lover of all things smoked, is a co-founder of
Cluckbucket.com. Currently residing in St. Louis, MO, Steve has a deep
knowledge of proper wing cooking and eating techniques and also knows
how to knock back his fair share of chicken. Steve is a member of a
competitive BBQ team (Big Chief BBQ) and a sanctioned Kansas City BBQ
Society (KCBS) judge. Steve somehow managed to develop his love of the
wing while attending college and playing basketball at the University of
Illinois in Champaign, IL.
About the Roth Brothers:
Scott and Steve, the Roth Brothers, are the “Original Brothers of Wing”.
Throughout the years their knowledge and passion of the wing has been
shared with millions of visitors to Cluckbucket.com. Although their
contributions surely have nothing to do with the growth in popularity of
chicken wings - their shared experiences have helped others enjoy the
