The Watering Hole address: 1321 "O" Street city: Lincoln state: NE zip: 68508 phone: 402-438-3054 url: http://www.the-watering-hole.com/ rating: 5 Drummies wing review: They have $.33 Wings Mon- Fri 4PM - 7PM. Their wings can come grilled or fried. Grilled are the best and their original. You can choose from many different flavors and ask them to make them as hot as you want them to be. Wings are HUGE!!! There is a reason why they say they are "The Best Wings In Town". Just sitting here thinking about the wings now is making my mouth water. You can get the usual ranch and blue cheese if desired, but there is no need to mask the flavor here. The rest of the menu is your basic bar food but it is good as well. restaurant review: First of all the main and first location is in the heart of downtown, in the college town of Lincoln NE. GREAT drink specials. Plus they have the local favorite micro brews on tap. Penny pitchers are the perfect way to start the night. Their Long Island Iced Teas are great as well!! do they have tiered wing pricing: Yes how are their wings cooked: Grilled do they have multiple wing sauces: Yes Submit another review of this restaurant to the IHWDB.
Wing Zone address: 505 North 27th Street Suite 8 city: Lincoln state: NE zip: 68503 phone: (402) 474-9464 rating: 4 Drummies wing review: As far as chain wing joints go, Wing Zone has some of my favorite wings. Their wings are always prepared fresh to order – and they are usually very sizable wings that are perfectly deep fried to be crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. They sell their wings in increments of 5-10-15-20-30-50-75-100 and come with your choice over 25 wing sauces! They have five traditional buffalo wing flavors (mild, medium, hot, hotter, and nuclear) but their novelty wing sauces are also very tasty – I like both the hot garlic, spicy BBQ, and Cajun. All-in-all, I highly recommend Wing Zone wings if you have one in your area. restaurant review: It seems as if the Wing Zone is trying to do for wings what Dominos did for pizza. Their restaurants are mostly focused on carry-out and delivery and typically have very limited in-store seating options. Wing Zone was founded in 1991 in a frat house kitchen out of a necessity to feed the masses when they have a late night craving. From there, Wing Zone has expanded nationwide and now has almost 100 restaurants (as of July 2007). do they have tiered wing pricing: Yes how are their wings cooked: Fried do they have multiple wing sauces: Yes Submit another review of this restaurant to the IHWDB.

Wingstop address: 11983 BLONDO ST city: OMAHA state: NE zip: 68164-3635 phone: rating: 4 Drummies wing review: Wingstop has 9 primary wing sauce flavors that they sell in increments of 10-20-35-50-75-100. Their wings are always cooked fresh to order and typically come out with an almost perfect crispiness. I really like their sauces, my favorites are the original hot and the cajun - but they also offer atomic, mild, lemon pepper, garlic parmesean, hickory smoked bbq, hawaiian, and teriyaki. The other thing that I tend to like about Wingstop is that their wings are typically pretty good sized and they have a family meal deal that comes with wings and fries. All-in-all Wingstop wings are very solid, very worthy of at least 4 drummies across the board. restaurant review: Wingstop was founded in 1994 and began franchising locations in 1998. Their restaurants feature counter service with a relatively small seating area available (10-15 tables) but a very steady stream of carryout business. Wingstop is one of the fastest growing and largest wing chains in the world having sold over 1 billion wings at it's over 550 restaurants (as of July 2007). do they have tiered wing pricing: Yes how are their wings cooked: Fried do they have multiple wing sauces: Yes Submit another review of this restaurant to the IHWDB.
